  • Any business losses, including loss of profits, income, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, or commercial opportunities.
  • Loss or corruption of any data or software.
  • Any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.
  1. Cancellation Policies
  • Cancellation Policy for Flexible Reservations
    For flexible reservations, you may modify or cancel bookings without charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. Changes after this period may result in an adjusted price per night.
  • Cancellation Policy for Group Flexible Reservations
    For group bookings (7 or more rooms), you may modify or cancel bookings without charge up to 30 days before the check-in date. Changes after this period may result in an adjusted price per night.
  • Modification and Cancellation After 14 Days
    Any modifications made within 14 days prior to check-in will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges, including any applicable taxes and fees imposed by the hotel.
    In the event of a cancellation, you are required to provide a legitimate reason for the cancellation. If no valid reason is provided, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total accommodation cost. This fee reflects the services already performed by Businestay Ltd, the expenses incurred on your behalf, and the compensation for services deemed to have been rendered. Businestay Ltd reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Changes to Names or Dates: Hotel Discretion

Please be aware that changes to names or dates for reservations may require cancellation and rebooking of the reservation. The decision to cancel and rebook is at the discretion of the hotel and may incur additional charges.

  1. Payment Policy

A one-night deposit per room is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the cancellation deadline for individual bookings and 30 days before the cancellation deadline for group bookings.

  1. General

You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
These Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically. Any updates will apply from the date of publication, and it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or arrangements.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply, and no third party may enforce any provision of these terms.
If any provision is deemed invalid by a competent court, the remainder of these terms will remain unaffected. No delay or failure to exercise any right will be deemed a waiver of such right.
